Two Monthly Online meetings, in the first meeting, the topic of the month gets introduced with body awareness and yoga exercises. In the second meeting, you will get the chance to get supportive and non-judgmental feedback on your own riding in a small group. The dates for this second meeting are set in consultation with the group.
