This program includes 6 modules of learning and practicing. Each module is representing a topic that might have been moving around in your head (and your life) for quite a while.
You will learn how to set very clear boundaries from a space of mutual respect. You will understand how to stay centered and focused in your work with your horse, allowing for a deep connection.
In this module you will get to explore the fears you might have around your horse, understand them and finally overcome them. There will be space for trust and confidence again.
You will discover the true core stability that does not just give you a stable physical position but will also boost your confidence in the saddle and on the ground.
Physical alignment and emotions go hand in hand. – You will feel much better by finding alignment.
Learn how to "read your horse's mind". Connect from deep within through meditation techniques and gentle touches .
Learn to use the energy of strength that's hidden behind anger, so that you can learn to set clear boundaries. Find out where you disconnected from this energy in the past.
Learn how to switch this powerful energy on and off as needed for all interactions with your horse.
Joy and enthusiasm will gain more room in your being with your horse. You will learn how to overcome perfectionism and how to forgive yourself and be patient.

This is a subscription based monthly payment.
As an option you can pay the full program fee of $1,170 as a one time payment.
I always struggled with fear, and working with horses brought this out for me in a very clear way. Fear overshadowed my joy of riding, and I needed to do something about it. I read books, and worked with trainers, but nobody seemed to be able to really help me with this specific issue.
When I singed up for the ride.trust.connect program I did not know what to expect. I was absolutely surprised how much Carla could help me addressing the underlying aspects of my personal experience of fear. She also helped me understand the interconnectedness of fear, frustration, perfectionism, and self confidence. I also liked the important aspect of learning about energy which is a big part of her course. This course was extremely helpful for me and I can highly recommend it.

In our six-month time in the Life Coaching course, two of my other friends and I met with Carla on the phone to discuss our progress with our horses, along with discussing the topic for the month. We also participated in exercises which we could do in the comfort of our own homes. The course with Carla was a way to improve riding techniques by discussing technical aspects, along with learning ways to visualize, and improve relaxation and confidence. Determined to improve my riding and overcome my fears, I found these sessions with Carla and my friends to be very encouraging to me, as a rider. I signed up for Carla’s Energetic Oneness Program because I needed to build my confidence. Being in my seventies has made me more worried about being injured and Carla’s course gave me strategies for acknowledging my fear and understanding that some of these fears were related to incidents in my past that did not involve horses.
I had already completed two of Carla’s Intuitive Rider courses, which greatly accelerated my riding ability, so I felt the Energetic Oneness course would help with overcoming my fear, which it did.
